How to get to the A - or ATL - or Atlanta!

Fly

For those that are flying to Atlanta, we only have ONE major airport - unless you are flying in on a private jet or other aircraft.  Our home airport is the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport - airport code ATL and it is the busiest airport in the world.  It is a very big and bustling place, but, it's actually physically smaller than LAX, Chicago O'Hare, DFW, JFK and others.  It just works!  Visit the Atlanta airport website:  https://www.atl.com

DRIVE

If you like to drive, depending on what part of the country you are coming from, you can get here via Interstates 20, 75, or 85.  If your map tells you differently, then you need a new map.  Preferably, GPS/Waze, or GoogleMaps.  Either way, be safe on the road!

Getting around town while here

You can rent a car, ride a taxi, or use Uber or Lyft to roam around town and see the sights of Atlanta.  While we do have public transportation - bus or subway (we call ours MARTA), it is not always the easiest form of transportation here.  Basically, you cannot walk anywhere in Atlanta.  A car is absolutely mandatory.  No need in coming to Atlanta and staying locked down in the hotel everyday.  There is too much to do here!
